- RESERVATION AND PAYMENT RULES - AVAILABILITY CONFIRMATION Upon acceptance of the reservation form we will send you an e-mail confirming the lodging availability. UNAVAILABILITY in the event of unavailability you will receive an alternative accomodation proposal, equivalent in typology and price. PAYMENT TERMS the payment of the amount will ensure you the requested accomodation and it must take place within the deadline - as indicated in the confirmation-according to the following diagram: • less than 4 nights - to pay in full within the deadline • more than 4 nights - within the deadline 30%: to arrival balance only cash If payments are not made within tha aboove-said terms, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. METHODE OF PAYMENT The payment is made -upon receiving the Confirmation, in compliance with three formalities: bank credit transfer, postal order, Western Union. Further useful details, relative to making the payments, will be provided for you along with the Confirmation. Bank Credit Transfer Payments by bank credit tranfer are accepted only by European Union Nations Upon the accomodation's confirmation we will communicate to you the account number under which you can send the bank credit transfer. CANCELLATION The cancellation foresees, in any event, payment deductions from the total amount of the reservation: • from the reservation date to 15 gg days prior to arrival 30% • on the spot cancellation of one or more nights 100%. the cost for refunds are to debit to the client.
